AGA Group was engaged to complete the renovation of an existing building to create a Student Accommodation Facility. As this property was in the perfect location, we were given the goal of creating a comfortable, convenient and safe facility for both international and local students.
The facility includes 85 accommodation rooms comprising of a combination of single, double or twin share rooms each one with a kitchenette and study desk. The property also features a number common areas, laundry room, gym, commercial kitchen, outdoor terrace areas, and a pool.
Our team has assisted with every stage of this development from the initial design stage, then completed the construction, fit out and furnished the entire property before obtaining certification of this project. We are also providing ongoing full time onsite building management services for this facility.
