During a time when there were many new developments taking place in this area, our client had one request and that was to design and develop a project which needed to stand out from the rest of the similar style properties hitting the market at the time.
This then became another project which brought the whole team together. We were able to facilitate the design process, then assist with the DA lodgement stage then onto the construction of the 3 townhouses including the subdivision of each of the properties and then finishing off with assisting with the sale of each residence.
