When our clients first came to us with the intention of purchasing this property, our skilled and talented team were able to see the potential of this site which would ensure that this property would reach its full potential of a great investment opportunity for our client.
After assisting with the acquisition of the property, we then worked closely with our clients throughout the design stage of the project which saw the initial concept of 6 Townhouse come to life. We then guided them through the DA lodgement stage and once that was approved, our Construction Project Managers completed the build of 2 two storey townhouses and 4 single storey townhouses. We then worked with our consultants to finalise the subdivision each of the town houses and also to get Occupation Certificates for each residence. We were then also able to assist facilitate the sale of each residence.
