Our clients came to us with a property they had acquired which was centrally located in Ryde with easy access to public transport as well as being in close proximity to Sydney’s many business districts and top education facilities. AGA Group was tasked to design and construct a building to include student accommodation facilities and long or short stay guest facilities

Our team was engaged from the start of the project and saw it right through from design to DA Approval then construction and fit out through to certification and now we continue to provide ongoing full time onsite building management, guest services and after-hours security services

The newly constructed Multi Storey Serviced Apartment Building includes 91 Deluxe Studio Rooms consisting of a combination of single, twin or double rooms. Each room has been furnished with bedding, desk, kitchenette and refrigerator as well as an ensuite.

The property also features a number of premium amenities for all guests and residents to utilise including a large commercial kitchen area, BBQ areas, rooftop terrace, common areas, meeting rooms and function spaces.
