Renovation of 4 cottages set on a 28-acre property in the heart of the Hunter Valley

Renovation of an existing building to create a Student Accommodation Facility which includes 80 rooms, common areas, laundry room, gym, commercial kitchen, outdoor terrace areas, and a pool. Our team assisted with the design, construction, fit out and certification of this project as well as also providing ongoing full time onsite building management services for this facility.

Design, Construct, Fit Out and Certification of a new Multi Storey Serviced Apartment Building include Student accommodation facilities, Long and Short Stay guest facilities, commercial kitchen, BBQ areas, Rooftop terrace, Common areas and Function Spaces. We also provide ongoing full time onsite building management and guest services and after hours security services.
