Our DA Consultants were able to achieve the desired result for our Client who are approved to construct 12 New Terraces

Our Project Managers completed a renovation of 5 Units. They managed the project throughout the entire construction period, ensuring full compliance with plans, council and DA Conditions.

Construction and fit out of a new Rock Climbing Gym for a new Tenant within one of the units of a complex we are currently providing Property Management services to.

The entire team at AGA Group came together to assist our clients with this project. It started with assisting with the acquisition of the properties, then onto the design of multiple Townhouses. We then guided them through the DA lodgement stage and once that was approved, our Construction Project Managers completed the build and worked with our consultants to finalise subdivision of the properties and also to get Occupation certificates for each residence. We were then also able to assist the clients and facilitate the sale of each residence.
